1)i wann have big musle growth and get strong at the same time how??
Muscle growth and strength gains happen together, more muscle growth equals more strength pretty much.

2)rotation or workout one musscle till its done then move on?
I don't understand that.

3)Full body one day then lower body or one day arms the next shouldlers then next is chest/back??

Full body, you mean upper body? As total body workouts are normally for beginners to get adjusted to weights, more advanced people usually start a split of some kind.

Lower Body could be done one one day as part of a split e.g. Legs and Calves, but a total upper body workout, using heavy weights, would probably only be done by very experienced huge guys, probably on "you know what", the upper body is usually split up into about 4 or 5 seperate workouts.

4)how many days a week?
Depends on what you sort of split you use

5)how many reps and sets of each mucle?
Depends on the training style. Some use different rep / set systems

6)should i put weight till im able to only 10 reps per set??
I don't understand, are you talking about Pyramiding?

7)when i do bicept curls or hammer curls or barbell curls can i set while doing it??
if i got anymor eill get posted

Do you mean sit down to do those, as the first two you could, the last one might cause problems with your range of motion.

you're laying down the law now here's final response to you take it or leave it...try learning siomething instead of dismissing it which means you must know it already, right?

1)i wann have big musle growth and get strong at the same time how?? use progressively heavier wts with proper rest and food
2)rotation or workout one musscle till its done then move on? depending on gaol...if size and strength use alternate supersets (squat, rest, leg curl, rest, squat etc)...if conditioing/fat loss supersets and circuits are good
3)Full body one day then lower body or one day arms the next shouldlers then next is chest/back?? the 1st one
4)how many days a week? 3 for u
5)how many reps and sets of each mucle? i've sent this to you already the bigger the muscle the more sets will be required so for legs start with 6 - 8 total sets and arms 2 if any and you can fill in the gaps in the middle
6)should i put weight till im able to only 10 reps per set?? if your goal is 3 x 10 than choose a wt that you might bet say 10, 9 and 7 on the 1st go than sticjk with that wt until 10 reps are reached for each set, increase the wt and so on
7)when i do bicept curls or hammer curls or barbell curls can i set while doing it?? yes but you won't use as much wt
if i got anymor eill get posted

I just checked and found out he's 14. If I'd known, I wouldn't have responded in the way I did.

If that's any fault of mine, I'll take full responsiblity for that mistake

Yeah well that's because in a lot of cases, peoples results are not tied down to one specific training plan, peoples bodies respond differently.

The advice given to you by Swanso, will work I'm in no doubt, as he knows his stuff, and although other people you know personally might give different, but pretty effective advice, doesn't make his wrong, and doesn't mean you should act like because you hear different, it makes his advice dubious.

I'm not giving you a hard time here, but If you want to come on this board asking about stuff, either trust the advice of people like Swanso, or go get it from other boards / sources.

Some people here can help you, regards most things, but not when they feel as if they're wasting their time, because the validity of what they say is being questioned.
