Seltzer water is just as good for you as regular water. Certain carbonated waters such as soda water may contain salt or sodium that you might want to avoid.
If you like the taste then continue to consume seltzer water.

Ice water will burn more calories because he body needs to warm it. I would think it would be such a little amount that it doesn't make a difference..
Why would anyone want to drink Seltzer water? Won't that make your body more acidic and cause problem? Let alone produce gas? I wouldn't do it.
