Everyone mentions 6 meals a day. Can you still achieve results with 5 meals a day? Should a post workout drink be considered a meal?

Six meal a day is a must if you really want to put a lot of muscle on yourself.
For people who have fulltime job, and other things in life is very hard to do it.
4-5 RIGHT meals per day should do it.

ya if ur getting 5 meals a day that should definetely be adequate as long as your body is getting the right amount of nourishment
why not...a protein shake and a banana sounds like a nice lil snack to me =)
