Getting Ripped

Post by awesomeswimmer07 »

Is it a myth that you use lighter weights with lots of reps to get ripped or does it matter? Like if you have a good body fat % and do heavy weights will that make me ripped also? Any help will be appreciated.

getting ripped will come from your diet not your training...light wt and lots of reps is a terrible thing to do unl;ess your after endurance and even then the light wt won't do much for you...if you already ahve a mod to oow , more muscle will make you look ripped...even better if you lean down than bulk up you'll be muscley and ripped...don't bulk up 1st or than you'll have more to lose when you want to lean down...lean down to 8% than buklk until at 12, lean back to 8 etc increasing muscle a few pounds each time you do it or as much as you can
