Need help
I have a problem that I need some help with. I know I'm not going to improve much in the next 2 weeks but I have a fitness test that I have to do and I'm not in shape enought right now to pass I don't believe. It consist of running on treadmill for 10 minutes,pushups, situps, and checking flexability. I need some suggestions on what to do the next 2 weeks and then after that. main concern is the treadmill. Any recommendations? Again I know not much is going to change but with a little help and determination maybe it will help some
go 10 minutes on treadmill but each time increase the distance you go within that 10 minutes. ie 1 km today, 1.1 km tomorrow, 1.2 km the next day, etc....(in otherwords pic up the speed)
situps and pushups etc. every other day and try to do 1 more each time, each set. You should go to failure 3x with 2-3 minute rest between sets.
