Recently I heard Karina Smirnoff from “Dancing with the Starsâ€
Abs in a box. What a dumb name for anything.
Next they'll be bringing out products with names like "Cake Begone".
Take two Cake Begone tablets after eating some Cake, and it will be like you can have your Cake and eat it. Never get Fat eating Cake again

Glue or tape a long 9 inch Nail, (steralised with booze first), to the side of a Vacuum cleaner nozzle, puncture your Abs, then vacuum all the excess Fat out of your gut.
Then just put a bandage over the bleeding cut, and remove it in 4-7 days when the cut is healed.
If you're worried about an infection, rub something like Whiskey, Vodka or Gin on the cut before bandaging, to make sure it's clean.
