is it ok to me to eat meat everyday?

I currently workout 3 times a day muscle building program and weight is 210 lbs. If I loss weight I do not want to loss that much. I read on the internet that in order to build some muscle you have load your body with lots of protein and now I did not take out protein in everyday meal so I eat lean meat only and I eat it in large amount. I'm in low carb diet low calorie diet low fat diet but high on protein diet. Am I in the right path? does diet is in the right way? Is it ok to me to eat lean meat everyday?

YES :wink:

Lean meat and Poultry should be the main focus of most of your Protein. You can of course add things to it like Soy, Peanuts, Fish, Eggs, Legumes, and Low Fat Dairy, as bulk Protein providers, providing you don't have any issues with some of those of course.
