First and foremost, I'm an aspiring chef and believe that organic, local, and fresh ingredients are the corner stone to great flavor and healthy eating. When you guys all speak of eating clean what are you really talking about? Is it knocking out everything that's processed, everything that has additives, everything that isn't natural?
How about alternative sugars, what do you guys think about those? I've always had a really intense sweet tooth(that I'm trying to curb) and got myself away from it with a specific combination of substitutes. Starting with new diet and weight loss goals I guess I should give them all up, including the crystal light girlfriend always has in the fridge. Are things like unsweetened iced tea okay?
