It will be something similar to this everyday for a month or so...
Breakfast: Cereal with 2% milk and 1 banana...280
10AM: 1 EAS Myoplex shake.................................170
Noon: 1 can tuna fish and 1 serving cashews..........280
1PM: EAS myoplex shake after workout..................170
2:30: Grilled chicken breast with brocholi/carrots...350
Dinner: Chicken nuggets w hot sauce and apple......320
Snack: Oatmeal and egg whites.............................160
For a grand total of...........................................~1730 calories...
I am also drinking 8 bottles of water a day (around 84 ounces)...
So am I headed in the right direction with this?

OK sorry for not being specific
...I weigh 164 right now and want to go down to about 152...Im 5'10" also....mainly to lose fat around the stomach and back area, and for abs to show a little better....
as for workout plan...i weight lift almost everyday, but now im using the elliptical every other day for 35-45 minutes...i uly free weights or body weight excersizes when lifting...sually use on
