I would have liquid protein within the first 30 minutes of when you stop lifting. After that devour all protein in sight.

protein and fast difestin carbs immediately after (i have whey powder in water then a boiwl of sugary cerial) then 30 - 60mins later (you should still be hungry after that) have a solid protein, veggie and depending on your body fat status, maybe a secondary carb source such as bread, rice or pasta but only a medium portion at best (i have suasages and bread and veg)

Don't drink raw Egg you could get Salmonella poisoning. Cooking kills the Bacteria responsible for it.

Also don't bother with the Banana, as most Fruit, (except Tomatos and possibly Peppers), aren't too happy being in the Stomach with other foods, and you might not feel anything physically untoward, but the partial putrifaction of the Banana, will waste some of the Nutrition.

The Bread idea would work for you, as then you've got something to do with your Peanut Butter, instead of just scoffing it straight out of a jar.

No, not necesasarily as they are low Carb, certainly Tomatos are, and also Low GI, which means they won't spike Bloodsugar back up that much, I just used them as an example, of the few Fruits that will not cause putrifaction, or loss of nutrition too easily, when combined in the Stomach with many other foods.

Most Fruits will do this, and in particular Melon and Watermelon, are a devil for it, they need absolutely an empty stomach, or they will almost certainly just cause a lot of wasted nutrition.

However Watermelon is very high GI anyway, (73 approx), and has roughly 1,300 calories per Fruit, os caution needs heeding with Watermelon anyway, in terms of portion control.
