body fat... how to lose it?
Alright I was wonderin how to lose the 12lbs of body fat i have. I heard that strength training was the best way to do it along with 30-40 mins of cardio 3-4 times a week. I'm 6'3" and just over 190 and i train 5-6 days a week rotating lifts and exercises often changin them up so not to plateau. and it seems as though the fat doesnt go away just more muscle. Any tips on how to lose it?
