help on cardio days.

so im trying to lose body fat and gain muscle mass.
the weight training is covered as i work out at least 5 days a week.
so how many cardio days do you think i should be doing? and how long?

You don't need any more than 2-3 sessions of Cardio, lasting around 20-30 minutes, in your situation.

Just go for stuff like Sprints, HIIT etc etc. Basically high impact stuff.
