I've been working out now for about 3 weeks, and I have seen results as in musle groups getting bigger and starting to tone up. Im pretty sure that if I burned some more weight off, I would see even better results. Any ideas on how to totally kill the cardio area and hit it hard to see those results?
It's all about diet. If you're lifting 3 days a week, following those sessions up with 30 mins of low impact cardio, and adding in cardio a couple other days of the week, you should def see results rather quickly.
Provided your diet is in check, what I just mentioned will really melt the fat away.
