Just wondering

I've been working out now for about 3 weeks, and I have seen results as in musle groups getting bigger and starting to tone up. Im pretty sure that if I burned some more weight off, I would see even better results. Any ideas on how to totally kill the cardio area and hit it hard to see those results?

you couldnlt possibly where you need to be muscle wise in 3 weeks...

either way go to fat loss section and read "training for fat loss.."or "fat loss training"...something like that

It's all about diet. If you're lifting 3 days a week, following those sessions up with 30 mins of low impact cardio, and adding in cardio a couple other days of the week, you should def see results rather quickly.

Provided your diet is in check, what I just mentioned will really melt the fat away.
