morning- 20 minutes on treadmill, 3 min speed walking then move on to 5 min running at high pace, 2 min jogging to regain breath and then 1.5 min at max speed on treadmill and then i do it all over again.
afternoon- not sure if these are the proper names but : left and right arm forward punch x100, hooks x100, uppercuts x 50. then trying some combos for the rest of the time making the total workout 30 minutes.
what do you guys think? o the btw i lift weights before i do the cardio workout and the weight workout is the Waterbury Method
