muscle burns more caloires overall so if you don;lt have any you'll struggle to get smaller...you probably simply need to lose a little fat and gain a little muscle to transform your body more than anything...no you won;t get bulky (where did that come from?? absolutly ridiculous?)...alternate wt and cardio days
Agreed. You won't get bulky unless you're chugging 200+ grams of protein a day, and doing things like big 9 set weekly Chest workouts, as an example.
Diet and large caloric amounts, especially very Protein rich ones, stimulate muscle growth in women, after sessions. Train hard and eat a respectable calorie diet, with moderate protein, and you'll achieve good results without long term heavy bulking.
Besides, you'll lose some muscle after the age of 50 anyways, so having a female sprinters build, with another 1/2" on top, is better for you long term, so don't worry about getting hammer throwers mass, it won't happen that easily for women. You folks haven't got enough Test for it.
