Carbs couldn't be too high if its only 800 cal, what about nuts and seeds, lental soup, veggies? Eat ! Geesh, half of calories used for the day (@1600) and because thinks its too high carbs, cuts 800 cals of needed nutrition. What muscle will you're body try eating next?

Ashudon, please don't post the same thing twice. I answered this in some respects elsewhere, before having a chance to see this here.

BMR is a minimum daily caloric amount, so you need to be eating that amount at least per day, preferably quite a few more on top.

I you don't eat as many, you can affect Metabolism, and yes you could lose muscle as well.

Veggies are a type of Carbs. Depends on what you personally mean by "Carbs after lunch". Some are good, some not so good.

No you can have Rice and Whole-grain Bread with lunch, but you don't need to be dependant on them, as you have other options like Veggies, Cashew Nut Carbs, occasionally some Pasta, Fruit if you want it, so you don't need to necessarily have Rice or Whole-grain Bread unless you want to.
