workout schiedule

monday;
chest,shoulder,tricep
tuesday;
tricep,abs,baicep
wednesday;
in/dn chest,shoulder, abs
thursday;
bacep,thaighs,back
friday;
baceps,tricep,abs
saturday;
cardio,abs

above schedule of workout i do since six month ,with minimum3setof8rep.
may i have to change above scedule or not?

rididculous set up...

do this every day:

legs, back(chin or pull up), chest, back (row), shoulders

day 1 - 4 x 6
day 2 - 3 x 8
day 3 - 2 x 15

res0t a day btw each session

choose a different exercise for each of the 3 sessions and do for 6 weeks

I think the best advice for you is put the weights down for a week and do some reserch, i would be suprised if you have made much progress working out like that ??? If you're trying to gain mass 6 months is far to long to be on the same routine, put some variety in and you will get so much more out of it.
