above schedule of workout i do since six month ,with minimum3setof8rep.
may i have to change above scedule or not?

I think the best advice for you is put the weights down for a week and do some reserch, i would be suprised if you have made much progress working out like that ??? If you're trying to gain mass 6 months is far to long to be on the same routine, put some variety in and you will get so much more out of it.
