hey i have to condition for army basic training its been a while since last time around anyone have any good advice for me ??

take a barbell or db's outside...also get a belt, some rope and tie it to something heavy...attach the belt if it doesn't interfere with the exercise...do some overhead presses, db swings or something that is hard to do and gets you breathing little...straight after you finish drop the wt and drag whatever is attached to the rope for 50 meters as fast as you can...rest untill your about 70 - 805 recovered and repeat for time or distance covered
