any way to shape abs to make a six pack???

Johnny_walts your having a laugh fitNRG has a list of fad diets that are of no use to anyone who is remotely serious about there health and fitness.
It's called a comunity well that's crapp, apart from one or two people there is no comunication just look at the empty forums just 164 posts total compared to over 24000 on shapefits, NO NEED TO SAY ANY MORE IS THERE
