I'm almost 16yrs old and about 135 pounds.
I would like to get bigger arms and forearms. I have an access to a a small gym with cable machines and ez bars.
How should i work out? Which exercises? How many reps per set and how many sets are appropriate? Is more reps/sets with lighter weights better or less reps/sets with heavier weights? What muscles are exercised by doing push ups?
