Fitness Figure?

Post by cassandraford »

Hi, I have been working out for a long time and have been thinking of doing a fitness figure comp. Does anyone have a good workout rroutine and meal plan to follow. I need new ideas. Let me know, thanks a bunch!

If you're interested, you could if you want to, check out something I posted on site about this, to someone else. You should be able to find it fairly easily.

As for the diet, tell us what you have at the moment. Meals and Times, as I think you will need a very Fat depleted diet, and also quite calorie restricted.

If you are really interested in doing a competition, get a coach who knows the ropes. It can be pretty intense.
Try figureathlete.com, that's your best bet.

I agree, get a coach. Ask around at the local gyms if there are any fitness models and ask them.
