father just got me a crossbow and I really have no idea how to start or what would be best.
I had twins about 4 months ago and desperately need to lose weight. I don't want to do anything that would bulk me up. I only want exercises that will help me lose and slim down.
Can anyone help me figure out some excerises on this machine that would help me the most. I don't have much spare time so I want to make the most of the time I do have.
