Someone sent me this link and I was wondering what you guys think about this. Not sure what I believe. Since I have been sprinting abs look so much better and umm (butt) And I just feel better in general and this kind of goes against that so I am interested in opinions. hiit is thew way to go because of it's efficicnecy unless you're going to devote half of your week to eating, recovering and training like those guys do
