Post by i_like_running »

Hey everyone, I'm new here. Does anyone have advice about how to loose fat around the chest area. As you can tell by username, I like running, and I'm about to start 3rd cross country season. I also run track. I used to be overweight, but since I started running I've lost a lot of . However, I have stubborn fat around chest. Does anyone have any advice? Oh, and in addition to running, I also do pushups on most day of the week. Thanks!

And by the way: I'm 17 and a guy

well you'll still need some strength work to maintain where you get to so you'll need to plan it all out to get recovery and training balance right
