Skip A Day?

Ive been working out for a while now and ive alwais heard from people that say if you worked your arms out on monday you should wait to do it again until wedsday. Ive alwais heard its good for recovery time. I was just wondering if this is all true.

training arms doesn't make your arms bigger unfortunatley...

If training your arms don't make them bigger what does?

For me, curls worked in the beginning, but then progress stopped.

Doing dips and barbell rows with regular and inverted grips really did the trick. Deadlifts work well. Pushups are good too. Compound exercises are best.

exercises that allow the most wt to be used - deadlifts, squats, chin ups, rows, bench preses etc

most people overlook the fact that you need to increase overall body size to increase actual arm size...they won't get bigger and everythiung else stay the same
