Best time to eat fruit
Question, why do some here suggest eating all of your fruit before noon? What is the reasoning behind this. Is there an article I can read on the benefits of this? Thank you.
no article but fruit is sugar - sugar is energy - so have it prior to workouts so you can use (energy bnot expended stores as fat)...it replenishes liver glyocgen not muscle glycogen which is why it isn't great for post training (better than nothing though) and ofter training you don't need energy anymore so go for veg
