Bog standard Concentrate with some Carbs in it, and you're good to go, at a convenient price.

I disagree not all the same. Read your nutrition facts and then its taste. Muscle Milk is the best tasting protein on the market. Then the Syntha 6 from BSN. But the ISO protein is the best but I cant stand the taste of that crap. I have tried every kind of fruit and it still taste like poo. I say a new person to protein take muslce milk.

muscle milk is a weight gainer I believe, full of crap and taste lol ... You can manage this yourself.

Personally I liked all the whey I've tried. I'm not difficult.

All protein is going to be some kind of weight gainer..cause muscle weights more than fat... But for me I have been taking protein for a minute so I not that diffcult either but when I was starting out I went for taste and I tried a few out there form nitro-tech to Op. Nutrition and EAS products and I liked the Muscle Milk out of them all for a beginner. Now I take Op. Nutrition vanilla and I am good with it. Its inexpensive for alot. but shopping online and looking around for the deals online is the way to go. I do alot of business with www.prosource.net Hopes this helps

Muscle weighs more than Fat, is almost certainly not strictly true though.

It's like what weighs more, a pound of gold or a pound of feathers?

A tonne of steel, or a tonne of sand?

Yeah, 1.1lb of muscle will weigh more than 1lb Fat, but reality is, this mentality of one thing weighing more than the other, in that instance only rings true, when you compare the weight, of all the Muscle and all Fat, on an individuals body.
