skinny,ectomorph,fast metabolism help tips for weight gain??

Well most people talk about methods to lose fat and be skinny and in shape,many people are overweight million and millions of people have this problem and have so many risk for diseases.
But science and the world seem to have forgoten that not everyone is fat,some of us have posite problem we are so skinny that we are below been in shape some of us look liek anorexic persons,some cant find the right jean to fit him,some cant be huged by a girl cause they feel no where to grab from and some have abs but of pure bone and skin.
Eventho we eat as normal as any other or even more we are still skinny why?
Been skinny body type is called ectomorph,Ectomorph are geneticaly skinny since they were born almost we are usualy tall long arms and fingers straught shoulders visible scapula bones some(the bones found in the back whcih looks like a blade),low in fat and thin muscular mass.Skinny is caused usualy by a very fast metabolism which mean we can process food much faster in our system than others.
The solution for this is said to eat alot of protein which help in muscle growth and also calories,doing exercice and eating about 6 meals daily.
But still ive done this but i need precise details and man of u might also?
What food should I and otehr skinny people eat daily?whatshould we evade eating?,shoudl we really do exercice,because exercice makes u burn calories and fat which means weight lost and thatsn ot goood..so what exercice should we do then?how long reps,sets time,etc..
And what about eating 6 meals or simply alot of them?even tho we proces food quicly in our body it doesentm ean we have a unhuman apetite we have limits like any other so what should we do to eat many meals?and is it really necesary to eat alot of meals 6-7-more we really have to eat that many?for so many months?.
And most important if you get to gain the enough mass you wnated how easy will it be lost?

Oh yah,we skinny people ectommorph have a limit mucular mass would be very rare to see a skinny people who use to weight for example 120-135lb get as bulky as 50cent,a WWE wrestler,Arnol swetzneger,you get me?,unless you get into steroid which is a bad idea.We will not be that bulky but we would atleast be able to reach a decent mass in opinon i would be happy with weighting 150-160lb or more

You got to start eating HUGE! Instead of having 3 eggs have 6. Eat until you are stuffed 6 times a day.

training - probably need an abbreviated program...3 - 4 compounds each sesion, 3/week, 2 - 4 sets for each so spend most of your time eating and resting for maximal growth time
- i eat 10 - 11 meals a day everyday...i'm not ecto and i'm not a bodybuilder either so yes you do need to do it
- once you have muscle so long as you continue to eat and train, you'll keep it
- what are you now? what training have you done? how exactly do you eat?..plenty more info needed

You've done a great job of labeling yourself.

"Science" has by far not forgotten about the "hardgainer", LOL there seems to be an epidemic of guys like you out there. It usually comes down to the same thing: not enough food intake, crappy food choices and doing bicep curls and bench press in the gym. I'd be curious to see what you training and consumption look like now.

As for getting bulky, do you really think the average guy is going to wake up all swole one day? Whether you weight 150 or 190, what you put into it is what you'll get out in results. Of course genetics play a role, but to say that there are no former skinny guys out there who didn't juice is ridiculous. You may not get as thick as a guy who genetically carries more muscle mass, but you can vastly improve yourself, naturally.

Look into a Westside template (WSFSB, part 1, 2 and 3 seems popular, google it) and start eating, inhumanly if needed.

I always see hardgainer everywhere ... on web tough lol

In real life there's not that much of "them".

True some people can drink bear at night and eat pizza in morning and will remain lean without doing any exercises. These are hardgainer.

If you don't gain weight eat more, don't gain again ? eat more and more.

Maybe your workout need to be looked at.

Actually I've seen theories abound, that slim is not a fast metabolsim, but slow.

THe more overweight supposedly need to push blood harder around the body, and the Metabolism in them is quicker. May have some credence, as if you think about it, a slimmer person may be making better use of their nutrition, if their bodies take longer to process it.

°Well so you trying to tell me with this thatt i have to eaat 6-11 meals a day for teh rest of life if i dont wnat to lose the weight i gather?sound kinda imposible uneless you live of workout or you have time to eat all those meals forever

- Im 17 years old still weight 121-122lb, well im doinh pullups,pushups,dumbell exercice,iplay soccer whenever i have time atleast 2 times a week and i workout 1 hour or lil more 4-5 times a week? well i use to eat 4-5 regular meals wich always had meat chicken or fish on it when i wasnt tryignm to gain weight i eat but now im trying to eat 6-or more now but much hevier foods..any otehr info you neeed? i would give it =)
