Weight Lost

Post by mjbfan79 »

I've lost 5 pounds in the last 2 weeks i was 224 and now i'm 219. The 6 small meals really have been working for me i don't feel hungry. I did cheat but i didn't over do it. I don't keep any junk food in house anymore cause if it's in house i'm gonna eat it lol. The only thing i've been doing is cardio for the past 2 weeks

I have a question how may calories should i been eating a day i'm 6'5' 219

get a scale wt which provides % as well...the day after taking wt, record everything you east and drink for 7 full days...on the 8th day re take wt and see the difference as well as adding up all calories and dividing by 7 (days)...if your is higher than you've eaten too much for your activity level which means you need gto decrease cals or increase activity...if the same then your eating and training enough to maintain where you are and if you've lost than that's probably the calorie total that will cause you to lose wt..remember i said , not wt but can be done on regukar wt reading if you don't have % access

Hi,
good for you for starting on the weight loss! As a personal trainer and sports nutritionist, I personally think that determining someone's calorie level is highly individualized, and based on amny many factors, and that no one could just tell you on a forum what the right calorie level is for you. I put a whole lot of time in to determining client's calorie levels.
