A suggestion anybody?

Post by jpartieda »

Hey,
I'm new to the site, so hello everybody. I'm 18, 5'7" tall and weigh 175lbs and body fat is 28%. Well I'm just wondering, I've worked out for around 2 years now, but the problem is that in between I have hurt myself and I have been forced to stop working out for a few months and I feel like I lost it all. I used to weigh around 160lbs before and body fat was 19.8%. On the other hand , now I feel horrible, because most of the weight I gained is from fat. I'm hoping somebody can suggest some simple steps such and a diet to lose this fat? Currently I'm away from home, but I have a gym that has extremely basic equipment such as an elliptical and a few weights such as benchpress and triceps that works with pulleys; one of those machines that has all in one. Well thanks everybody!

You seem to have enough equipment to still get a great workout. Keep your heart rate up through your whole workout. Take a good look at your diet and start by getting rid of sugar. No koolaid, soda, syrup, jelly, etc. I have found some great sugar free alternatives.
