I'm new to this site, I need some advice to losing weight! I was struggling with weight since high school. I tried soo many diet and nothing worked for me, I'm trying to eat less now and I'm still gaining weight.
Could someone please tell me what's going on with body?
it's all about metabolism...the higher it is the more cal's you'll burn overall and thus more fat...to eat this you need adequate calories from frequent feedings and intense exercise...read the sticky here for ideas
