Meal ideas

Post by Stevo79 »

Hi guys, I work in an office from 9-5:30pm, and normally begin workout at 6:30pm. I am after ideas for meals to have during the day that can obviously be prepared beforehand? Thanks

I work in an office all day also... I usually just cook up some fish, chicken, tofu, or lean meat the night before or in the morning while I'm getting ready. I make enough so I'll have enough food for about 4 meals or so (for instance I cooked up two large chicken breasts this morning and just divided them up). I also will throw some veggies in the frying pan (today was zucchini and mushrooms) and cook them just until tender then toss in some chicken and put it in a tupperware. Its really quite easy to just cook up some food the night before and throw it in a tupperware... fruit works well also for your morning meals and you don't have to cook it. Do you guys have a fridge in your office where you can store your food? I'm assuming yes as most offices do...

PS. Be careful if youre bringing any kind of fish to the office though because if your coworkers are anything like mine they'll get a wee bit irritated at you for stinking up the office with your nasty smelling fish concoctions. :)
