We'll I'm doing it all.. running... walking uphill.... some swimming
So I just want to now which muscles have benefits of it and which parts of body fat will get trimmed ?
- well for muscle growth, no muscles as it's not hard enough to provide adequate stimulation
- fat loss happens all over the body, not in one spot or another although some will lose quicker in some spots over others at a faster rate but ut will still be lost from all over the body

Just to reiterate (perhaps more strongly) what swanso said, it is a myth that working a particular muscle will result in reduced body fat specifically in the vicinity of that muscle. For example, doing crunches or situps doesn't specifically reduce body fat in the abdominal area. If someone has reliable info to contradict this, I'm always ready to learn.
Well I read somewhere once, written by someone who's done Figure and is a PT, that she could do S R on the Biceps, by diong Giant sets, to break the Fat down, then Cardio to get rid of the broken down Fat.
That's their personal opinion, obviously based on experience, so I can't attest to the efficacy of this, and it was in relation to Biceps only,
It could happen through hormonal changes possibly, as if you think about it, if Cortisol increases Abdominal Fat levels, Abdominal Fat levels must be logically able to decrease, by possible Hormonal changes, or maybe a Cortisol blocker, as less Cortisol production, would mean any Fat burning activity from exercise, would not be counteracted in the Stomach area, by something like Cortisol.
Even if the Fat levels in the rest of body, plateaued in that instance, you could logically assume, the body would keep reducing Abdominal Fat, until it too plateaud in relation to the rest of the bodies Fat, as there would be no specific things, keeping it higher than it should be, in relation to the rest of the bodies Fat.
