Indulgence Food

Post by FireRed »

This is what I do. As Costco, you can get a frozen bag of mixed berries and Cool Whip. Mix it together and have a guilt free dessert. What are your ideas with Cool Whip?

Ahh but the Fruit won't digest properly mixed with something. Try it next time, and then think of this, and see if you still remain guilt free

Not trying to sound like a kiljoy.

I honestly disagree. Digestion sits on a fine line. You're going to get a of vital fibers and nutrients om the fruit either way and I'm not saying you should drown the fruit it Cool Whip. Just cool it down a bit with a couple spoonfuls.
