hello i am new and was just wondering how many calories a day is good to burn on the tread i burn 420 cal.
i intake about 1290 cal/day.
i workout 6 days a week for 45 mins have 2 kids to take care of 3 yrs and 2 months.
i do pilates in morning for abs and legs.
plus housework.
i need to lose 20 lbs so if anyone can tell me how many calories to burn a day to lose 2lbs a week or even a lb that would be great
