Need Tips Please!

How do I improve vascularity (visible veins or vein popping) in forearms? I'm doing hand grips and reverse curls, but is there anything else that can help?

Have you been reading on here? Full body workouts 3x a week with sprints 2x a week, if you're already doing that you could do plate pinchers at the end of your workouts.

it's mostly genetic vascualrity, it shouldn't be your sole focus of training by any stretch though
