I want to be able to see abs. Do you have a eating plan that will help me achieve this? e.g. I should be eating more veggies? What kinds? should I stop drinking Nestea? or Lemonade? Please help, thanks

The truth is im fit but I want to impress people when summer comes around and the shirt comes off. Also one guy at school thinks he's better than me physically ( which he is not), but I just want to blow him out of the water.

What your diet should look like is HIGHLY individualized and different for everyone. How are you eating now? To drop body fat enough to see your abs your diet will have to be quite strict. It's important to eat a calorie deicit, but still eat enough calories to properly fuel your body. Eating natural, unprocessed foods is best. Lots of fresh fruits and veggies, whole grains, leans meats, good fats. Eat at least every 3 hours, more often if you are hungry a lot.
