Hi there, I'm new to the forums.
I have a few questions about supplement intake. I've recently discovered supplements such as Creatine, and Nitrix. I was wondering if it would be wise to intake these supplements. Researchers on the web and various websites and such have given me information on these supplements, and they have stated that they are safe.
So instead, I want to ask the lot of you especially those of whom have experimented and/or is still using such supplements. Are they really that reliable?
Also, this might be a silly question..but what is the supposed recommended daily intake of vitamins?
I have been working out for a year or two now with little results. I put on 20 pounds of muscle, and I now weigh 158. But for 6 months or so now I have slowed down and I haven't progressed very much. I've hit a plateau so to speak. I was thinking about experimenting with supplements to see if I could maximize results, and thus I came to this forum.
Thanks!
Supplements Question.

Thought i'm sure that a common vitamin like "One a Days" that u can pick up from a grocery store or whatever they're called would do. Vitamins are vitamins.

Forget Nitrix. If you really need more NO production use Arginine.
Creatine does work well, but for power increases, logically it would give you more of an increase if you were solid, if someone is a 150lb person, they won't get the same levels of increase, compared to someone who weighs 180.
Don't be fooled by pictures of big snarling Juicers in Mags, saying using pissy , potentially unhealthy Celltech, helped then gain about 60lbs of Bench press, because for someone weighing probably less than 170lbs, the chances of gains anything near that, would be slim to nil, off any kind of Creatine.
So if you're sizable, then yes would be good for power as well as Phosphate conversion, otherwise forget it in opnion.
Diet should be focus, and bog standard supps like Protein powder, Glutamine, Unsaturated Fat Caps etc etc. Then one or two other supps like Creatine, HMB etc etc, for later, when you're more seasoned and more solid.

Thanks for the advice Boss Man.
So I should just stick to Whey Protein, and Glutamine for a couple of months until I start to have significant gains?
From what I've read Arginine is present within certain protein supplement products already. Which specific brand do you recommend that provides the right amount of Arginine?
Also, why do you recommend that I should deny the usage of Nitrix?
