hi im new here but hopefully yall can help me out im tryna 2 get butt bigger so what exercises should i do and i know your suspose 2 lift weights but how heavy should they b

The best butt exercises are squats (to see how to perform them correctly check out the exercise guides on this site). It's also a full body exercise which will tone the whole of your body but in particular your lower half. Perform the exercise using your bodyweight only first before progressing to weights.
After this, try 3 sets of 12 reps reps to start with. In terms of the correct weight you should lift follow these simple guideline principles...(1) If you can perform the squat more than 12 times (reps) with 'perfect form' the weight is too heavy. (2) If you can't lift a weight 12 times (reps) without breaking your 'form' the weight is too heavy. This process is known as trial and failure but once you work out the weight you should lift, your results will be more productive.
to work the bum with squats, lunges etc you must break parallel at the knees and sit down and back as though your going to sit on the toilet...reverse lunges with bb on shoulders having been hurting me for a while so try them as well i would say...sprinting is also excellent
