what is the best # of reps / # of sets to do if your trying to just build muscle? i'm sorry i know ive read this at least 10 times on this forum but can't find it again :P

it's all about total reps per movement (not muscle) where you need 24 - 36 broken up how you want...you should be doing full body workouts so i would suggest using 3 rep ranges, 1 for each day, such as 12 x 3, 3 x 12, 2 x 15 etc
