Info for muscle specific training

Post by [email protected] »

Im after some information on which exercise/s to perform that would effectively target the upper chest (i have tried to find the correct name for these muscles but as far as i know its simply pectoralis major).

I also have a weak wrist after breaking it quite badly in the past, so any ideas on how to strengthen it would help because its preventing me from getting a satisfactory workout on forearm.

Cheers, any feedback will be appreciated.

- why the upper chest?
- either way the best one i've done is the neck press (search) with x reps where you do about 8 hard reps to failure than do the middle third range of motion for 6 reps or to failure but really it shouldn't be a big goal of yours...Benching and doing chin ups with 1.5 your bw should be though
- forearm workouts?? waste of time mate...just trainin heavy and your bones should get stronger but if you have range of motion problems you'd better head off to the physio i'd say or search for some range of motion exercises
