Swanso is right! -sprinting ---

I have to testify....sprints really is the way to go...I've been doing this for about 2 weeks now, and fitness level has gone up more than when I was just doing aerobics.
I run/walk as fast as I can, but intersperse that with intense sprints for a minute or so, or for as long as I can do it.
So now I'm splitting cardio ---high impact aerobics two days, and sprinting/running the other two
