i know..sounds like a bad idea. but so far i've gained 10 lbs i was 140 now 150. anyways everyone always says doing hard cardio just burns off everything but, i kinda want to start doing sprints so i can get faster for soccer. how much will this effect goal to bulk up?
sprints are like wts and are anaoblic meaning they raise growth hormaone and testosterone which is what makes you gain muscle....it's endless cardio that burns muscle up so as long as your fuelling youself properly beforehand, sprints are f'in great
i don't have soccer training. im starting to train now at house for next season. and i forgot did u say if I should do these before or after lifting weights? or separate days?
