Kettlebells?

I see a lot of MMA guys ( mixed martial arts ) use these. i was thinkin about getting some. anyone ever used them?

i've never used them but they don't do much more than what db's do excpet change the center of gravity a little...you can't change the wt them, they're pretty expensive too...good to have around if you can afford them but if you don;t have a power rack and a shit load of wts than i'd rather spend cash on that
