ok so i have ben lifting for about 2 years now and about the last 6 months i have noticed strength gains. only thing is i dont understand is that recently (last 2 or 3 months) i can lift untill i can't lift any more and i do not get sore the next day or day after. im just curious as to why. not sure if its a good sign or not. and just curious about it
well if your still doing the same thing (load, sets, reps etc) than you were than it isn't a good thing...as long as your increasing wt each session than it doesn't matter if your sore or not, ecspecially for a sprinter
