not to be a wanker but is that really 400pds? it just doesn't look like there's enough wt on the bar...that's 180kgs over here...i do about 110ish on variations (haven't tried a max regular deadlifts for ages really) with 20 and 10kg wts that go right to the end of long bar...it just doesn't look right is all

one more thing, each rep needs to be started from the floor with a quick re set btw reps

good job anyway though

yep this is exactly 400lbs, plates are in lbs and made/sold by fitnessdepot

There reason bar isn't all fit with weights is only because I use larger weights "cut" lol, 50lbs folowed by 25lbs then 7 17lbs and one 6lbs the weight is filled quickly. Before I was using, only 25 plates + 17lbs + 6lbs and 2.5lbs but I recently buyed these two 50, the only shit about it is that I can't use it while benching since it reduce range of motion ... I've made a mistake lol next time i'll buy more 25

Each rep I need to let the weights on floor, stand up again then lift again ? Hum, if yes I must not make too much mistake because as you maybe saw floor is getting in a really bad state haha

Next video, 300 bench x8 !

And then Millitary Press, I'll try a 3 reps 80%

for quat there's nothing to show so hum haha

i keep watching it and i just can't se how it is compared to what i use and how it looks, not to worry though

how does it reduce your benching ROM? don't you have a bench to use/

each rep is started from the floor like you do...so you bend down, set up, lift, then lower back to the floor, re set your hands and position and go again...should only be 1 - 2secs on the floor btw reps if that...like you probably do on benches when you push it up and pause for a split second to keep control of the bar...read erci cressey latest atricle on t-nation (5 technique mistakes) and he has a video of him doing them in it you can see what i mean

don't drop the wts down, guide them down to protect the old floor

your working at the gym now so can't you train there?

I could train at gym but still prefere by much house ... I have all I need plus it's fresh, calm and I can have post-workout meal in peace lol

ROM of benh is reduce because when I am at the "puling" part of the movement the 50lbs plates block arm to go farther ... so the barbell can't reach farther than maybe 10-15cms from chest.

For the floor during the last months he had rough time now i'm gentle with him.

Ok I understand the deadlift
For next movie I'll try to do them at gym, they have their weights in kilos, maybe you will be able to evaluate more, so you will stop worring LOL :D

i beleive you don't worry...

here's a thought, you don't have to put the big plates on 1st...put the little one's on until your arms can fit "naturally"...you don't want to put your arms in a position that isn't natural or you'll get injured pretty quickly

really I could do this ? Like put :

17, 17, 50, 25, 17, 17, 17

So that way I could do all the movement naturaly with the correct form ?

sure you can, why not? it'll still be the same wt although it may feel different as the weight will be "longer"
