I was working out for a while, shoulder are getting broad :oops: ..i am 5.6 and it doesn't look good for me..i wanna develp traps and chest with good shoulders..please help me..what kind of exercises i need to do.. :?:

Well usuall sort of things for Back are things like Bent Over Barbell Rows, Cable / Pulley Rows, Cleans etc etc.

Chest, things like Bench Pressing, Pec Deck should be fine, could possibly Include Press-ups and Chins in there as well.
