Hey,

Do you guys recommend doing an all over body workout or choosing a specific muscle group for different days for workouts. Meaning doing legs one day and doing arms and back another. Also, I had a baby any suggestions to getting abs back?

doing certain body parts for certain days has become outdated.

try either an upper/lower body split 4x a week

or try a full body workout 3 times a week.

i personally perfer the full body because it is easier on a busier schedule. but otherwise the upper/lower works great too.

And you find the full body workout works better than the upper/lower split?

i have never done an upper/lower body split. the full body workouts are somewhat of the current "fad" but i find them equally effective.

its just personal choice.

depends on your current training experisnce and how good you recover from session to session...if not real good on either of them than 3/week full body would be best..try them out and see for 4 weeks each
