Okay, today I've read this article on T-Nation :

Hum, In diet, I was above 1g of sodium since i tough it was useless to have some ... Should I always try to reach at least 3-4g. ? or more ?
As far as I know we shouldn't exced 5g I think ...
What's your tough ?
Sodium
Moderators: Boss Man, cassiegose
i haven't read it yet but it's in 100 pages of computer stuff to read when i get time...
3 - 4g sounds a little high to me not that i have anything to compare it too and peobably means you'll have to eat some processed type foods to get that much although i wouldn't know the sodium level of any given food off the top of head
overall i'd be more worried about water, proten and healthy fats intake before bothering about sodium

Max Salt per day should be 6g.
If someone has Hypothyroidism, then it's about from memory 2g a day.
However don't skimp on it, as you'll cause potential Cramps, because it is passed through Sweat and Urine, so make sure you have some, but don't be tempted to go crazy and have about 5.5g out of 6, or some figure like that, and don't add any Salt where possible.
Also I'd can the Pickles. Those are Salty greasy beggers. Not hideously bad, but not too beneficial either.
