What Product should i take to get big???

Post by thecoolv.2 »

Ok so i have been working out for like 2 months now. and i do see alot of changes. i am currently going to the gym 5 days a week, 2 hours a day.
i am lifting weights alot and do about 10 min cardio a day. goal is to get big. not like a lean muscule 6-pack big, but a big muscular big, not cut or veiny big. i have been taking muscle milk for like 3 weeks. i asked the person who works at the gym i go to what is the best product for me to achive goal of getting BIG.

He told me MUSCLE MILK. I am almost done with the first powdered supply i bought and was wondering if he is right, that muscle milk is the best product out there?

IS HE RIGHT, OR SHOULD I TRY SOMTHING NEW?

if your getting results i dont see why you should stop.

im sure there a better products, but it all depends on what your goals are. for example some people would not choose muscle milk becuase it is somewhat higher in fat. (from what i heard)

bulking, losing fat...it all varies.

Ask that question to 10 different people and you'll get 10 different answers. Guess what? I have an opinion too! ... and heeeeeeere it is... I really don't think you need "a product". You need FOOD, and most importantly, food with sufficient protein content (muscle is made of protein), and taken in roughly 3 hour intervals. I don't think there is any product which will help you grow significantly faster than regular ol' food. The one thing I do think liquid supplements are good for is to take in some cases in which it is more convenient than eating.

Supplement claims have a lot of BS since they are driven by a profit motive.

- 2hrs x 5/week..you'd get the same results from 3 - 5hrs/week buddy and less cortisol build up...
- train, eat and rest will do the job...any food will make you big if you eat enough of it but it's what you eat to limit simultaneous fat gain that people think of
- granted you do need a protein shake after training but i get whatever is cheapest for the most when i get it and have never had the same one twice...if it was simply a case of one type making everyone big, the others wouldn't even exist
